Become a partner and list your pieces
This guide explains, step by step and simply, how to join Maison Boitel and then present your pieces on the site. No commission is taken on your sales.
1. Become a partner
Before you can list your pieces, you need to become a partner dealer. Here is how.

Send your application
Fill in the « Become a partner dealer » form: your gallery name, your name, your email, your city and your specialities. It takes two minutes.

We contact you
We review your request and get back to you to get to know each other and confirm your participation together.

Your account is created
We link your email address to your antique house. You have nothing special to do at this step: everything is ready on our side.

Sign in to your space
With your email and password, sign in to your dealer space. From there you manage all your pieces.
2. List your pieces on the site
Once your account is created, you present your pieces yourself from your private space.

Click « Add a piece »
From your dashboard, the « Add a piece » button opens the description form.

Describe the object
Enter the name of the piece, its period (century), its style, its materials, its dimensions and its condition. Add a short story if you wish.

Set the price and availability
Enter the price in euros. Choose the status of the piece: available, under negotiation, reserved or sold.

Add your photos
Drag and drop your photos. You can reorder and delete them. Two photos are enough to start.

Authorise publication
Tick the authorisation box. It confirms that you agree for us to present your piece on the site.

Send your piece
Click « Send ». You can also save it as a draft and come back later.

We prepare your piece
We retouch your photos on a light background, translate the description into English and Dutch and prepare the SEO. You have nothing to do.

Your piece is online
After validation, your piece appears on the site, in the collection and on your dealer page. The customer contacts you via Maison Boitel.

Manage your pieces
At any time, you can change the status of a piece (sold, reserved…), request a modification or delete a piece.
You keep your pieces, you remain the seller, and you keep the full sale price.
