Maison Boitel is not the seller. Each piece is owned and sold by the professional dealer named on its listing, who alone is responsible for its description, authenticity, price and delivery.

No payment is processed on the site. An enquiry sent from a listing is forwarded to the dealer, who then contacts the enquirer directly.

Use of the site is free for visitors, and currently free for partner dealers, with no minimum term and for an undetermined period.

This reflects the platform's current phase: the price of any subscription will only be considered once usage data is sufficient. If a subscription is introduced, it will be announced in advance, apply to future periods only, and require the dealer's explicit agreement.

Maison Boitel takes no commission on sales and never will. The full sale price goes to the dealer.

The site is hosted on European cloud infrastructure operated by Lovable (Lovable Labs Incorporated) and Cloudflare, Inc. Application data is hosted in the European Union.

The Maison Boitel name, visual identity, editorial texts, journal and guides are protected. Photographs of pieces belong to the dealers who supplied them or to their authors.

Any reproduction, automated scraping or commercial reuse without written permission is prohibited.

The terms of use, the privacy policy and the “Returns and right of withdrawal” page complete this legal notice.

To report inaccurate content, a doubt about a piece or an infringement of your rights, write to contact@maisonboitel.com. Any serious request is handled promptly and may lead to the listing being withdrawn.

Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of the judicial district of Brussels have jurisdiction, without prejudice to protective rules applicable to consumers.
