Yellow gold butterfly brooch with tiger’s eye, coral and diamonds, 20th century

This brooch depicting a butterfly is crafted from 18-carat yellow gold, set with tiger’s eye, angel skin coral and diamonds. Dating from the 20th century, this piece of jewellery is designed in the style of the House of Fred. The butterfly’s wings are set with tiger’s eye and accented with brilliant-cut diamonds, whilst its body is crafted from angel skin coral. The head and antennae are set with three brilliant-cut diamonds. This piece measures 3 cm in length, 4.5 cm in width and 1.5 cm in height, with a total weight of 14.2 grams. The piece is in good condition.
