Modular chrome-plated metal candlesticks, Denmark, 1960s–1970s

This set comprises six modular candleholders and a chrome-plated metal base. Manufactured in Denmark in the 1960s–1970s, this set was produced by Lundtofte, in line with the designs of Caesar Stoffi and the Nagel & Stoffi collaboration, in the spirit of the Nagel model. The design allows for a personalised, modular arrangement of the various elements. The base measures 4.5 × 13.5 cm, whilst the six modular elements each measure 6 × 10 cm. The set is preserved in its original packaging and is in very good condition. It exemplifies the Scandinavian style characteristic of those decades.
