Founded in 1648 in Nevers, in the district known as the 'Bout du Monde', this faience factory was one of the oldest in France. Acquired in 1875 by Antoine Montagnon, it took his name and passed through four generations until its closure in 2015. Its production bears a distinctive green-knot mark. It produced monumental pieces for the world's fairs.
