Biography

Born in Paris in 1877, Louis Riché was a pupil of the animalier sculptor Georges Gardet and exhibited at the Salon des Artistes Français from 1896. Specialising in dogs and felines, he worked in bronze with the Thiébault Frères foundry. He exhibited regularly until his death in 1949.
